Message for Grads!

Just wanted to let you know that yearbooks are still on sale! :) They're $50 (+$3 if you want a monograph). For those of you that I have not been able to convince yet, I've attached a few pictures of the Grad layouts in progress (a different background picture for each set of pages) as well as one of the spreads for Cake and Champagne. Since it's our last Pharmacy Yearbook ever, you know that I will make sure that this yearbook rocks your socks off! 

Friendship pages are on sale for $50/page. You can gather a bunch of your friends to chip in and you get a whole page devoted to you! Let me or Christine know and we'll hook you up with a mini-tutorial on how to use the online program (or if you would rather I do the layout for you, that could be arranged as well) by the end of month (Nov 30th).

I'm also waiting on all your grad write-ups and baby/other photos. Thanks to those who have already sent them in :) The character limit is 300 (including spaces). If you go over...I may have to chop the extra off (or just send you an email to kindly cut your blurb down). The yearbook deadline for grad pictures is the same deadline for the composite (Feb 1st - correct me if I'm wrong Grad Reps). Thewrite-up and baby/other photo deadline is Dec 20th but the earlier, the better (so that I can work on it over Christmas and not during SPEP :D).

Fire and Ice baby

This year's Gala was a "Fire and Ice" themed cocktail party with a menu consisting of skewers of large prawns, lox smoked salmon crostini, breaded calamari rings, mini pizza bites with various toppinfs, mini zucchini rolls with goat cheese, prosciutto, melon balls, and spanikopita. There was also a nine flavor gelato bar for dessert. Could it get any better?

Yearbook and Friendship pages for sale!

Unfortunately the early bird price has past for yearbooks, but they are $50 currently! Considering this is half price, I think it's still quite a deal!

We are also selling Friendship pages for $50/page.
What is a Friendship page? Good question. It's basically a page devoted to you and your friends. The yearbook club will provide you with a password and username so that you can access the online program and upload your necessary pictures and design the page! The good thing about friendship pages is that if a bunch of friends chip in, the cost of the page decreases significantly (like 5 friends would be ~$10/person). If you're interested, please let Emily (emilyho350@gmail.com) or Gloria know before Christmas!
