This year's Gala was a "Fire and Ice" themed cocktail party with a menu consisting of skewers of large prawns, lox smoked salmon crostini, breaded calamari rings, mini pizza bites with various toppinfs, mini zucchini rolls with goat cheese, prosciutto, melon balls, and spanikopita. There was also a nine flavor gelato bar for dessert. Could it get any better?
